About Catchallleads
Catchallleads publishes independent comparisons of CRM and lead-generation tools for small businesses.
What this site is
Software vendors all claim to be "the best CRM for small business." Most of them are describing a different kind of small business. We compare these tools through the lens of specific trades and use cases — roofers, plumbers, electricians, dentists, HVAC contractors — because a tool that fits a dental practice may be a bad fit for an electrical contractor.
We also publish true-cost pricing guides, because vendor pricing pages are often confusing on purpose: base plans, per-seat pricing, add-ons, and usage fees are spread across tabs and footnotes.
How we make money
Catchallleads is funded by affiliate commissions. If you click a tool link on this site and buy, the vendor pays us a commission — at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every page that carries affiliate links, and in full on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
What we don't do
- We don't sell anything. There is no sales team, no demo calls, no outreach.
- We don't accept payment for placement. Vendors cannot pay to be ranked higher, reviewed more favorably, or included in a comparison. Commission rates do not influence rankings.
- We don't republish vendor copy as research. Claims in our comparisons are checked against official pricing pages and, where possible, free trials.
- We don't invent facts. If we couldn't verify a price, feature, or claim, it doesn't go on the page.
Corrections
We re-verify pricing on a quarterly cadence, but prices change. If you spot an error — a stale price, a wrong feature claim — the byline on every page tells you who maintains this site, and the methodology page explains how we research. We'd rather cut a claim than publish an unverified one.
